We stack 4x pallets high.

All pallets undercover - currently got 160x 1.2m3 in vented barn.

Farm is on a slight hill with great convection air currents.

Average m/c after 12 months is 18%.

We put our logs in a 15x40 shed with a roof and crash barriers up to 7ft high each side. Works out about 100cube in each section. The wind penetrates that and drys it just fine.

That IS good to know Moores. :thumbup1:

Been talking today too, and we may 'add in' - 'tunnels'... You may have seen them going through heaps of loose potatoes, of even stacks of hay???

Even though the pens will be off the ground a pallet depth, the tunnels should help even more air get through.
