Its a howard hitch with a Knut finish, its been posted on here a few times, thats how i got it. Really like it.

There was a pdf from the ISA which had a lot of hitches on it but I can't find it now.

i did this the other week with Mark Bolam. for a 3 wrap, 2 braid vt, the cord length works best for me at 25 inch including the fisherman knot. you need approx 45 inchs to tie like this leaving an inch to 1.5 inch tail on each f. knot
