I have one, it's good quality built. Hasnt failed to split anything yet and I've put some big rings at it.

Only ever use it horizontal as it would be too painful and time consuming to bend down all the time.

The four way always catches the log on the return stroke and gets stuck.

Good splitter to start with or small amount of splitting.

Thanks Andy, not looking for major use as such mainly for me at home,but also clients wanting there wood split. I also have some Oak butts in the yard that need ringing and splitting as I sell the odd bag here and there :thumbup1:
