Had an hour spare today so went for a stroll around one of the cemeteries. Wish I hadn’t, every time I go in I come out with more work. I haven’t named the fungi, so please, feel free….

N.B – Think the Araucaria araucana will come back next year - just a little stressed. :vroam:

The first Beech has got to come down – Meripilus all around and high targets. We were going to try and get a crane in but the access is too narrow. So it’ll be many, many trips in the Canta.

The impressive clump of Merip’ bubbles up every other year (in the same location). You’d think the Beech next to is was the host, however we removed one which was about 15 yards away and I strongly suspect this to be the origin.

The Ganoderma – you have to see it to believe it. Its huge!
