Apart from the odd ram seal failing,no real probs.i run n concrete and hardcore, just don't do sharp turns on gravel.machine built about 1988 so pure mechanical and no electrics so a sledge hammer and welder mends it.put off by modern machines and electrics as I am old school.tyres can be an issue if you are a madman but mine were bald 4 years ago, snow are still bald now, having loaded about 1000 tons of logs.reach isn't great but n worse than a cm pact tractor and loader.got to watch front axle weights on a coat tractor, but bobcat weighs 3.5 ton and seems abuse proof.you can count them if you drive around with no weight on front bucket.as most of the weight is on rear axle.i couldn't do without mine

If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
