Anyone used a Greenmech cm202 2002

Hi Guys

 

Has anyone any experience with this machine. its got the 40hp isuzu engine. I got it pretty cheap and did it up, just wondering weather to sell it. Just wondering what people thought of how they drag brash in, seems like its just dosent snap the branches very well. I wanted to keep it as a back up machine.

 

Any opinion would be great!!

We touched up our 220 rollers with a dremel, transformed the intake.

Ps is it 2018 atm? I must have nodded off.

do you have the feed rollers on full speed? just wondering if they go slower the blade will drag the wood in better

Full speed all the time.

Another thing, check that the blades are close to the anvil, what happened with mine was the previous owner was sharpening the face rather than the edge, moving it away from the anvil.

I will check that thanks. my rollers run fast but seem to slip on the wood instead of dragging it in and snapping the crotches, real good motor tho, plenty of power!

Same as, once we sharpened the rollers it was a different machine, gently does it though.
