id say to be honest youve probably put off a lot of prospective bosses with your chipping n raking comment, as youve kinda implied your not keen on it.

in my experience a work experience persons ability to do the mundane crap end of the job without a fuss counts for a lot.

that said maybe you just got unlucky with a piss taker firm?

hope you get some luck with it, just add in " willing to do anything!"

Hi all,

Just wondering if any one in the Derbyshire area would be willing to take me on for work experience 1 day a week on a thurs or fri? Would prefer a small, even one gang company. Have been working else where but not been learning anyting other than chipping and raking!!!

Any thing appreciated past that.
