What kind of car is supplied?

What make of saws and how old?

How many years ARBORICULTURAL experiance the ground workers have had?

What is the accomodaton like? Own flat/room at your house/caravan?

Most climbers who feel confident enough to travel to another country to work,will in my experiance prefer to bring their own climbing gear.As this gear is worn out or damaged it is normal for the employer to replace personal gear with new.Or pay an allowance to the climber for use to replace personal equipment.

 

We have two Iveco daily with aerial lift, Renault Kangoo.

Saws: Stihl 480, Stihl 361 (1-2 years old)

Workers have 11, 8, 3, 2 years of experiences

We do not offer accomodation, but can help to get some

I agree with you about gear. We are not saving on it. It has to be safe! Each ouf our climbers use his own gear bought by employer.

For good workers we can pay some more than 5euros per hour...we can negotiate...

Because no one came working here jet, or boss said we are willing to pay 6€ net per hour...
