Mine went a while ago. If you clean the threads up and degrease them ( I used lighter gas squirted into the thread hole to degrease) then press either some araldite or liquid metal into the hole the carefully push in the av mount with a slight twist action to spread the stuff into the thread and leave 24 hours to set. It fixed mine

Anybody know the best fix for this other than replacing the whole part?

You have three AV mounts on the MS200, I know you know which one has gone but sharing would be nice:sneaky2::lol::lol:

Unfortunately it is a blind hole and not that deep but you should, with care, be able to put a helicoil in it. If that fails, try an insert.

 

If you drill too far, it will go straight in to the oil tank so go carefully!
