steel frame gantry mobile chain hoist constructive advice

hello, I do not know if you can help, however, expose the problem:

I should build a steel frame to be installed in my garage, that would be a small overhead crane moving, measures would be: 10 feet wide 11 feet high, 7 feet gauge base flow 2.3 tons, type gantry crane as I need convenience to perform heavy work, in the cross should I install a shopping cart with a suitable chain hoist, should size the horizontal beam pillars and gusset, I would do it with H-beam or hea and tubes molded case, what do you recommend? thanks to those who will provide useful suggestions, the next
