Is this cankers or this syringae thingy? No fruiting bodies that I can see and tree appears in good leaf but alot of cracks, with what appears to be dead wood. Suspect it needs removing as very close to a garage. Neighbouring tree has started to crack also. What is this? Will it comprise the tree's structure?

It`s bacterial canker (Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. fraxini), it`s rarely serious. I can`t see any major cracking. It doesn`t look particularly bad to me from those pictures.
