I am looking for offcuts, similar in size and condition to those in above photos.

Are these for sale or free to pick up or something completely different ?

That's good point re non slip/different properties. Purpleheart weeps oil and is slippy as hell, ekki is hard as iron and has no flex so prob not best suited for lorry bed.

 

Steve - re price it's all long lengths and offcuts so not really much use for you and turning I would say

 

i wasn't after iot for turning, i've got too much for that but i know that these exotics usually make better firewood so was asking how much?
