Gibsons were really helpful, emailing TS in Germany cos the part number I'd found didn't correspond to their part numbers.

 

A new roller is available, £741 + vat, so I think we may be mending it

They are not company I've used a lot, but on the occasions I have used them they have been very helpful

 

That is a bit on the steep side, you can pay a decent engineer for a good few hours and still have change, I would have thought

That's one further option we're going to look at, it's a fairly straightforward build.

What's concerning is that there were no indications, that we noticed, before this happened. With hindsight, we think there would have been a brief hesitation as the roller direction changed.
