Brown tail moth

Hi all

I'm trying out a little more information on brown tail moth.

I know what problems if causes but don't know how to control it

With chemicals or non chemical. Or a suitable of tent removal.

Also is it a notifiable pest, I read that in London there an act which includes it's control.

Any help and information would be great, I haven't been able to find much, lots on OPM, would it be a similar treatment?

Many thanks for your help

Encourage a balanced foodchain. Attract birds to the garden. Play the long game rather than squirting chemicals at everything.

That is a option but if the tree has them and we need to work on the tree we need to remove them?
