Just bought a Jensen a530 all works as it should but the rollers could do with a sharpen, can this be done easily enough without having to take them off the machine and if so what's the best method? I'm assuming angle grinder? Which disk of so?ImageUploadedByArbtalk1432123830.791798.jpg.4669be7644631d49d1cc8299850960a8.jpg

black and decker/bosch powerfile or similar, not 100% sure if this will be the same for a 530 but it works very well on my 528, remember you're only wanting to put an edge on it so dont go daft and ruin the rollers. The top roller will swing out on it's arm making it really easy to sharpen, this way you can turn it and pretty much find the best angle to hold the powerfile to get a good edge . The lower roller is a little bit of a hassle, you have to keep turning it so the individual blade you're sharpening sits at just the right angle to bring the powerfile in through from the feed hopper side.

Those roller blades look a bit dull, but there's still enough there to put a nice sharp edge on them.

Thanks for that, looks a handy tool, never heard of one before will get one unless any other solutions come along! Last thing I want to do is ruin the rollers but they are quite rounded towards the left where it sends the branches, it was struggling to grip Ash today and the blades are pretty sharp
