Just had a look at the RSPB website Jon, it says they stay with the parents for up to three weeks after fledging. Sounds good

Hi TWO do stay as adults in the garden or roundabout the garden area thanks I'm watching them now going in at the garden thanks John

Hi Jon. Robins are territorial so I guess the youngsters will be moving on in a couple of weeks or so. It will be good to watch until then though

Hi TWO that's what I was told to mate how far will they move thanks Jon

Hello Jon,

The RSPB says that Robins hold a territory all year round, individuals in Winter, breeding pairs in Summer. It says they need 0.55 ha for a territory.

Hi TWO thanks for that mate Jon

You're welcome Jon. It would be interesting to know if they stay nearby or disapear. I'm waiting on the goldfinches here. The female is on the nest - looking forward to seeing the youngsters :thumbup1:
