I'm after a scrap 4-mix km100 engine - bristol

Hi All

 

I've had the dreaded dropped valve on my 4-mix hedge trimmer. It's damaged one of the valve guides but they are not available as a spare part.

 

Does anyone have a scrap engine I could use for spares? Or could anyone press a valve guide out and post to me?

are the carbs okay on one of those Mortimer? Tempted to fix mine up with a carb from another. How much are you after?

It's in a box in the shed all I was told is it made a popping noise and stopped working. Don't really know what it's worth.
