i got the same problem. Send clark an email they will disscuss the issue with you.

 

i've been needing to return a call from them for a while.

 

yes i should really, i did try and contact them ages ago but the email came back as undelivered and then i just never got round to it again and the jackets around a year old now so not sure where i would stand.

Like others have said contact them, mine leaked though the side zips and they sent a new jacket with waterproof zips , which even in howling rain all day i never get wet. But the waterproof zip is one way so you cant use to ventalate, unless unzipped all the way.
