poly tunnel for keeping my milled timber in?

If you do go for a polytunnel i reckon the green shade netting would be much better than the clear plastic and leave a big gap a couple ft above ground level by fixing the shade netting to side rails.

 

Green shade netting would be useless as the timber would get wet. Ideal though for growing christmas trees in on an exposed hilltop site.

Cover the top of the timber with coroline, or same as you would do when stacking outdoors.

In effect a green shade tunnel is a mimmick of a woodland setting.... shaded yet with airflow.
