Old tree injections practice?

I'm looking for any publications about trunk injections in old trees (at least 60 cm in diameter). Can't seem to find anything. Could anyone help?

Why would it differ from young trees, why are you injecting, what are you injecting with, sometimes you might have to be cruel to be kind.

I cannot tell you if it differs. But anyway, I still need any publications concerning old trees.

There are a lot American publications on stem injections, most are on the process but there are research papers on it as well, its best to type in USA in the search engine. You can also try Dealga O'Callaghan, he is trying to introduce stem injection on Horse Chestnut leaf minor. He may also have papers on stem injection on old trees.

Fair enough. I thought it might get you past your regional firewall and able to get contact details. Bartlett seem to promote stem injections and I thought they might be able to give you a nod in the right direction.
