You do need to be a member for a good few months, 6??? All I know is you can't just sign up and get 3k off anew truck the next day lol.

I prefer the hilux, always have. Just personal preference but I do think they are all very good and the only other one that stood out too me was the isuzu on torque alone (400nm) oh yeah ond 3500kg towing, but it's just not quite as good in my opinion, but others may vary. Is that on the fence enough not to offend anyone..........

Hi folks,

Been looking to upgrade my old 110 for a while now and ended up doing something thing silly........... I looked at something other than a Landy. And I liked it........

Hilux Invincible, met paint with a few luxuries, brand new, with mole valley members discount and my vat back comes in at a shade under £19000 Wow!!!!

Anyway if I were to do it I'd want more guts out of it. Had one for a demo and exmoor makes it grunt!!!!

So......has any one else tuned one, how does it go??

any ideas on a good engine tuning company (no plug in chips, I don't rate them)

Thank you. :)

HI TREES BASC are doing %%% to on loads of trucks cars thanks jon

NFU were/do aswell. Was a time not long ago when I saw (on eBay of all places) with a NFU discount you could buy a brand new Land Rover 110 single cab chassis cab (ideal for tipper body) for something stupid like 13500 plus vat. Mental. :)

Manual for me!!! Had several autos over the years and the only bonus in my opinion is the ability to talk on the phone when driving!!!! I like some engine braking get aswell.

Iv been googling like mad and I can't seem to find anyone who will do a proper rolling road or road tuned remap.

A plug in chip is all I can find and I'm not to keen.

Iv done a lot of Land Rover td5 tuning in the past and the difference between a chip that just dumps more fuel in compared to a rolling road set up remap that tweeks all the parameters is well worth the effort.

Not much more expensive either.
