Oh dear, the key is align the ignition timing, the taper holds the flywheel, if you can get the key back in exactly the same place and get the flwheel back on without movingit, and tighnten the nut without moving it you should be ok, or new flywheel. By the way make sure the washer imbalancer under the nut is in the correst position.

 

aye took pictures before I dismantled so that should be ok,i was going to try a little bid of magic metal to adhere the key into place and build back up again,then pray the flywheel catches

flywheel on,seems ok,ignition unit back on,now trying to get that pesky carb back in,wish id paid more attention to the throttle cable,can only get it on in a way I have half throttle,dunno why it all seems to fit well,having a wee break to refresh the mind lol
