I have ordered hunting boots which were shown as dispatched 7 days ago, I emailed the company 2 days ago who trade as UK Camo and asked for tracking number to which they replied to email them the following day and they would have it but have emailed 8 times since but no response and their phone number is constantly engaged. They are based in Dudley I think and seem to be legit as they have sold thousands of stock going by their history but getting worried as I paid £200 for boots

Cant say i have dealt with them. Open a dispute with ebay, its easy i have had to do that for non arrival of goods in the past. It is worrying when you cant get a reply from seller

It's so annoying as I really wanted boots but think I'll take your advice

You have got 30 days to open a dispute, I think. Things are taking double the time to be delivered at the moment. If I was you I would give it a week then open a case on eBay. Hope you get sorted.

Do bear in mind that Black Friday caused meltdown with delivery people. Unprecedented online sales broke all records and frustrated many traders. I recently brought a door card from a scrap/breakers in Essex and it turned up a week later! Communication from the seller was on the line of "please bear with, don't do my feedback!" Etc and it did turn up eventually. Not always within the sellers control.

Google uk camo and you can see from various customer reviews that they have had similar problems. They seem to be genuine though, and the customers seem to get their goods eventually
