My husky hedge cutters have recently packed up they start fine on choke then go to start off choke but just can't seem to get going? Got told it may be the ignition coil? Does anyone know or had this problem before? Thanks

Agree with Wisco, most of the issues you get are fuel related - the fact it is firing usually means that the coil is not too bad and they are generally less unreliable than carbs.

If you don't want to strip the carb, you may try removing the L screw and putting some carb cleaner down the hole using one of those red pipes and then put the screw back until semi tight then unscrew one turn (check this is the corret factory setting first).

Do the same with the H screw - check the factory settings and you may have a working machine again - it may just be crap in the internal gauze strainer and that will need a strip and check otherwise just strip the carb with it off the machine.
