I'm good mates with the lad your taking the place of, I think he left because he didn't like the way he was spoken to by the bosses in different situation that could not be helped for example the vans being broken into. They still mostly work for housing companies with not much interesting work

 

you wouldnt know if they were allowed to take vans home would you.only because if they dont then i ll need a transport which would eat that extra money i was hoping to earn so might be pointless going for position:confused1:
