Evening all.

I'm looking at replacing the tipper body on L200 from a factory supplied one to a box aluminium one.

1st question does anyone know of any companies in the North East?

2nd question can someone please tell me what the correct name of the aluminium ( boards) or sheets are called that are used? Is is honeycomb ?

3rd question if so any idea where I can purchase the correct materials from?

Many thanks in advance Darren

Why are you removing the factory tipper? IMO I always thought they were a lot better built than aftermarket tippers? I have a ford ranger tipper and I just built box on top ImageUploadedByArbtalk1412281889.101748.jpg.fbcde7b6ea6290b728737fadb2e0facc.jpg

My tipper has the same sides on as yours. but the black side rails below white sides has totally rotted away & the floor has worn through

Something I'll keep an eye on then!!

I've just built another Landy tipper, the aluminium materials cost £1500 from John Adams coach builders, couple of hundred for steel work
