yep, just been out, put an old 020 carb on, tuned it, runs a treat again, dont know what was up with the old carb, put a new diaphram kit on so thought that would be it for fettling the carb, obviously not, not even our local dealer could figure it out-they just returned it with the problem, then again they are beyond useless:thumbdown:

 

was doing my head in as thought id covered everything!

bang on right, had mine (2 of) done and alright so far, but I think its only a matter of time, then new carb.

jist had a new carb in mine too at 4 year old.Other thing too watch out for the bend on the fuel pipe from tank to carb starts to perforate an draw air.Easy enough to cure with new pipe:001_cool:
