A couple of small pines

These two pines took up most of my Friday. I'd not be surprised if, between my Okatsune hand pruners, Corona loppers, Silky Zubat hand saw and pole saw, and Marvin pole pruner, I made over 1000 cuts---per tree...what a job! But they now look great!

the trees were really a mess, incredibly dense, laden

with dead wood and ctrossing branches

As well, a major long heavy lateral had split and

hung down over the entry. I reduced it a lot and

kept it as it is a major part of the tree and adds

character. I spent over five hours working on these

two small pines, plus cleanup time.

Did they plant the tree that close to the building or build the house that close to the tree ? That would annoy me no end, I'd cut it down and put a fence up or buy curtains for privacy
