very hard to find, been looking for over a year! possibly buying some proper eco tracks bog tracks In the future so possibly have some spare later.

TCD, that would be great, keep me informed. Pensioned off before winter??? Just bought a compact 6 ton hydraulic winch to fit on the 578.

 

Winch on forwarder - that's crossed my mind a few times too! Like yourself, the 578 is getting hammered; got a 12t machine on the way.

We use the 578 and the Osa together on big thinning jobs, the 578 goes into the hard to get parts and drops the wood on the rides for the Osa to pick up and transport the mile and a half to the stacking area, it works very well for us.
