Good structure Giles, I agree you'd probably pass on that one. Maybe a couple of other points that could possibly be included (they all might score!):

 

-Replacing existing "kit" to reduce downtime and costs for repairs etc on older "kit" therefore the hourly rate would remain consistant and be more productive

-Possibly premises/yard to assist with corporate image and facilitate recycling and storage of products (firewood, chip) and reduce tipping costs etc.
