FS460 Gear head "twitching/spinning"

We have a problem with our Verges FS460 Strimmer gear head. Despite the bolt being done as tight as possible without stripping the threads from the aluminium casing it spins when the throttle is either blipped or on full throttle. Has anyone else come across this fault before? Is there anything we can do without replacing the entire gear head?

Yes the casing on my 360 cracked so the bolt didn't tighten. I added an appropriately sized exhaust clamp U bolt but I imagine public sector would have to replace the head.
