Jensen A540T starting issues

Do these type of chipper have an oil pressure alert system on, ie To start the machine you switch the ignition on, turn the key to start and back the key off one position which is halfway between start and on untill the oil pressure light goes off then release the key to the on position.

 

If they do that would be the problem whereby you are not holding the key until the oil light goes out like you have to do on bandits

Thinking of buying one of these; had an A530T before but want a bit more capacity without a ton more weight to tow... Can you reccommend it?
