Try Wisewood. he is based in that general area and is v good. The issue you might have is that a 6 foot bear will need a significant piece of wood to carve it from (maybe 3 foot diameter, 7 foot long... big log). Not many of us have them lying about in our carving area. there is bound to be somebody though. you could also try Simon O'Rouke, he is based in north wales and often has big lumps of wood around... as well as being one of teh worlds best carvers
