tip sites on the isle of wight

we will be undertaking 2 days work near Newport on the isle of wight next Wednesday and Thursday. I need to tip x1 load of hardwood logs and x2 loads of woodchip. im more than happy to pay for the privalige

if anybody can help or knows of any commercial tips that would be great

In addition to living landscapes + linbottom tip (council tip) that I mentioned to you...

 

It may be worth investigating 'Treecare IW Ltd.' which I beleive is run by Mick Jones.

 

They have a big yard on Horsebridge Hill, which is on the main road from Newport to Cowes (near Parkhurst Prison). Last time we got in touch a couple of months ago, they didn't want any more logs, but it might be worth a shot!

i dare say my dad would have the logs off you i can ring him if you like john,not sure about the chip though.hes by freashwater bay any good ?

Robin hill park may take in chip we have tiped in there before. But usualy end up coming back little heveyer on the ferry

I do a lot of work for mick my self still got the yard on Horsebridge hill. Another chap sells the wood which he's started again can give you his number via pm if you want john ¿
