Another reason why I don't employ anymore, to much hassle. I use various subbies now and it's a lot less trouble. If you have a good employee that turns up on time, lookes after the gear as if it were his own, cracks on with the job even when in supervised and can be trusted 100% then you are onto a good thing. I will never employ again. The government as usual screw over the hard working honest man making him not want to employ!

I have one like that hodge but your right this country makes it v hard to be able to afford to have employees.
