Hi Guy's I have today completed making a crankcase and carburetter tester, I needed to test the crankcase on my Stihl 010 and 011 chainsaws as I was having major problems with setting up the carburetor. I tried to buy one online and found browsing the web that there were loads of variants but non specifically for 2stroke chainsaws, and that stihl no longer sell there's. so having now purchased some 6mm aluminum plate plus fuel line hose a gauge and some plastic hose tails, I have made this and it works great. The whole thing hasn't cost UK£25.00:thumbup::biggrin:

Yes it holds pressure on the working saw, and shows the pressure dropping on the faulty saw (got to replace crank seals). My next item is to make a vacuum tester, Have already sourced a hand vacuum pump, it's on it's way.
