Hi there can anyone identify this fungi for me as I have found a number of them of different sizes around my house and having to young children I am a bit worried that they might be harmful to them any help would be great.

Serpula lacrymans: the fungus that causes dry rot.

Thank you for taking the time to ID it for me you have been a great help although my landlord wont be happy as that's probably why part of my living room floor has started to sag and become spongy. Time to move I think lol. but glad its not going to harm my kids. thanks again.
