Zig zag or SJ? wheres your money at?

Just out if interest does anyone use the zigzag on blaze? I got hold of 49 meter eye spliced for a good price, wanted a zigzag since the first one came out but blaze is 11mm and the specs say the minimum diameter for the zz 11.5, would it work? And be safe ?
