oak bracket id please

apoligies as pictures are not fantastic but any help appreciated , big old oak tree , fairly healthy crown other than quite alot of smallish deadwood in inner crown

the grounds been under water for some time and the bracket looks fairly old but there is a smaller bracket forming under the larger one

 

any ideas or prognosis always appreciated :001_smile:

Please note the bracket grows where the tree wounded itself with included bark.

 

Also note the dirt contacting stem tissue, aggravating moisture issues.

 

Squidgy? Perhaps even perennial conks get squidgy when inundated.
