woodchip needed

as above need as much as possible as cheap as possible or better yet free for a very wet allotment in grangetown near middlesbrough if anyone wants to drop a load or two off then it would be greatly appreciated. im not fussy and will take anything if its full of leaves or from a conifer hedge ill still take it.

Dumping loads of wood chip wont do a lot, it just turns in to soup.

Should of stated im digging paths down about 9 inch and using the soil to raise the growing beds a bit the chip is for the paths to give a bit of drainage and stop the clay sticking to my boots leaving me six inch taller every time i walk to my shed lol

Shame ! Dropped about 6 loads off in saltersgill area of boro last week, not there again in the foreseeable

Did you drop it off at saltersgill allotments? If you did i might ask my mate there for a few barrowfulls if your ever in the area again and need a chip site give me a shout i can always use it or find someone with a use for it
