My exams in June. Im just working through the dec 2007 paper as revision.

 

Arh sorry miss read what you wrote ...been in front of the books too long...ok I do not think I have a copy of Dec 2007 ....any chance of a copy if on computer? I have a few others passed papers if you want them (2006,2007 etc)?

Do you mean Hedgerow Regs 1997? Try this:

 

Not sure if this is what you are after, or if you're referring to Anti Social / High Hedges Regs :confused1:

 

Thanks for the attachment on Hedgerow regs....sorry did not make myself clear I was referring to Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003 referring to hedgerow height with regarding to neighbours etc...thanks Steve

Here is the December retake paper from 2007

 

Thanks for this I have not got this one.

 

I have a passed papers for unit 1 2008 and June 2007.

 

And a few passed papers for different units.

I sat the exam recently as a retake and Badgers came up as one of the main Q's for law also:!!

 

Q1.

a) Describe the differences and similarities between a Woodland TPO and an Area TPO.

b) State the problems encountered with the use of Area TPOs

 

c) State how normal forestry operations could be affected by the creation of a TPO.

 

d) Explain the significance of the Forestry Act 1967.

 

Q2 Explain how both rural and urban hedgerows are affected by UK statutory law.

 

I am not sure which past papers you have but these were a few of the questions last year.

 

Read the ABC tech cert guide as i found Myerscough left quite a bit of info out of the notes.
