Experienced climber, london, £24k to £28k ote

Hello everyone,

 

I am looking to employ an experienced climber with particularly good pruning and dismantling skills up to and above BS3998:2010 standard. Would suit someone who is badly paid by a big company for doing great tree work! Someone who has been churning through street trees for a few years.

 

Included in the job are the following :

 

• Base salary from £23k to £25k depending on experience
  
• 20 days annual leave
  
• PPE and climbing kit all paid for and LOLERED
  
• All bank holidays paid
  
• Christmas break paid from 24th Dec to 2nd Jan
  
• Automatic overtime at time and a half, usually £2000 to £4000 per annum
  
• Company quarterly bonus scheme, £100 to £500 per quarter if achieved
  

 

I need someone with good knowledge of fungal pathogens and tree ident, CS41 would be nice and formal qualifications in Arboriculture will help but not imperative.
