Just heard my local dealer Arbtech is to lose its dealership.. Seems greenmech have opted to go with orange plant who is a larger dealer.. Don't know how good they will be since Timberwolf have withdrawn them as a dealer. All it means is that when I ring orange plant I will be speaking to a salaried secretary who will not be bothered, where as with Arbtech you speak to the owner David who is always there to help with any problems. Eg , feed roller went so phoned greenmech who told me to go through my local dealer . So I did to find they had none in stock and did not have a delivery date. So David found a second hand one and got chipper up and running in a day or two.. Cant beat the personal touch..........

That is not good news, when I was in the market for my new chipper I found orange plant faceless and almost impossible to deal with for timberwolf so discarded them and delt with greenmech so much better and I fully agree David oliver is such a nice bloke to deal with for both parts and machinery hire especially 1or2 day hires, early pick up and next morning drop off as apposed to 8am collection and back by 4.30 or another day charged from the big corporate orange machine.

There will be a press release closer to the date of change regarding changes in our dealership details and I will add no more than that.

However, Dave at Arbtech will be staying faithful to GreenMech, and we are grateful for that as he and his staff are all round good eggs and thoroughly aminable people. Dave and the new people are in accord for a good working relationship in the future, and, rest assured will still be able to talk to his customers that he has built up a relatiobship with in the past.
