I was just about to ask about rope diameter too. The old one was 11.5 -13mm but i found 11mm velocity was great.

I think the new ZZ is the same at 11.5 - 13 but I cant find any figures for the zillion. It would be interesting if it would work well with the 10mm Bee line with a sidewinder.

 

I also noticed in one of the pdf that it could be used single line with an added friction 'thing' included although it does say better to be doubled.

Anyone else using this? How's it going for you rob?

 

 

Haven't been out to use it yet. Too much surveying! Might have to spec some climbing inspections!

 

Will give it a go this weekend.
