Probably been covered before but does anyone use Etsy to sell their products? If so what are your thoughts.

My better half has just started making jewellery as another income stream, she has looked at Etsy but has read poor reviews online about it. I would be interested to hear any others opinions / experiences of it on here though. J

I make plugs and wooden jewellery in my spare time, I also have an Etsy shop.

 

You won't get much exposure if you're only advertising over Etsy, I'd suggest a Facebook page, some swanky business cards and doing some local craft fairs.
