Considering how bad pollution is in China over all, I especially wonder how sincere this publication is. Pretty sad when the Smog is so bad in some cities that a giant LED screen showing what the sunset should look like in the West, only problem the sun is not visible during the day.

I can only imagine how well trees fair in city environments much less in the countryside.
