CODIT is more likely when arborists manage roots, but most of them don't. Slackers dismiss arboricultural options, and manage vegetation.

That's awfully confused and I cant be bothered picking through it. Suffice to say, you aren't at all experienced in UK arboriculture, or the UK in general.

 

Most people don't engage us to preserve amenity, they call when they have a problem with a tree. Trees do provide amenity but they also blight other properties, I suggest you have a look at how housing has developed in the UK and just how close most properties are.
