Bracing a tree for its Habitat value

This one we're not working on but thought I'd post up in this thread, as it was rod & cable braced about 16 years ago.

Its not in a good vascular state and has almost no lower canopy to reduce to, so will unlikely be a candidate for a viable reduction.

 

But a fine habitat tree as its completely hollow above the boling.

 

One of the rod plates is almost completely engulfed by calous.
