Hi, any ideas on a good tablet for surveying? Needs to be weather resistant etc and have GPS. We will be using if for trees, Tomograph software and surveying for Ecology.

Any help would be great as I live overseas and there isn't much available in East Asia.

Many Thanks

There is company in StAlbans

They do software for tablets

So you can take photo on tablet,

It automatically records date, time, location etc

The example they described to me was for staffchecking Lifebelts on scottish lochs

They have record that they ave been checked, by who and when plus a photo

Obviously lots of other uses for this software ......

They normally deal with organisationsrather than individuals though
