Petrol Log Splitter

It looks about the same speed as the handy pro 7 electric splinter, I made mine one handed and with the 4 way wedge it is not too slow. Its about 4 times faster than my last horizontal splitter. Taking it easy I would say you can split 1m builders bag I about 30 mins.

Depends on what you mean by good.

It splits fine, but bits fall off, the screws that clamp the adjustable side grips don't stay tight and the return adjustment locking screw is almost impossible to tighten effectively as it's too small and difficult to reach behind the top handle.

And it's top heavy so liable to fall over when trying to move it on uneven ground; that's probably true of all of them though.

Design's fair, quality control is poor.

Don't worry bikewoo your comments are appreciated. Had to be petrol splitter for me as no electric in either sites I need it for. Bought the Titan pro 10 ton splitter today as they are a local company to me and I was able to have a play with one before buying. It seems adequate for my needs. I will post again when I have got it and put it through its paces.
